I’d tried various diet fads in my previous time, and also continued endurance training, and saw no significant/longterm benefits. Came to know about this course through reference, and found it takes scientic approach rather than the popularist one. For all the topics of day to day and for long term health, the basics and the depth are very well covered. A life-changing course for me.
