Terms of Service
- The use of this eLearning platform for the Low Carb Nutrition Diploma and Certificate courses is governed by the following terms of service and the privacy policy. Users are strongly advised to read and understand these terms of service and the privacy policy. By registering and making payment for any of these courses, you agree to be bound by the terms of service and the privacy policy. If you do not agree with any of the below terms or the privacy policy, please do not enroll in the course.
- Like other sections of dlife.in, this e-learning platform is only available for use to users 18 years and older. By registering on any section of dlife.in, including registering for the aforementioned courses, you represent that you are of 18 years of age or older.
- Low Carb Nutrition Diploma courses are being provided under certification from ITRC, Indore. The course is only available through the e-learning platform of dLife.in and all certificates will be sent in hard copy, to the postal address provided at the time of registration or requested before sending the certificate by courier. To ensure delivery to the correct address, please ensure that your address in your profile is correct and updated. dLife.in will not be responsible for any failure in delivery of hard copy of certificate due to an incorrect address.
- Once registered on the website, the username cannot be changed.
- Email verification of the account is a prerequisite for its activation.
- Before enrolling for a course, please ensure that you read and understand the prerequisites. Providing proof of education in the form of a valid certificate/degree and your recent photograph is essential for enrolling into a course. This is to be done at the end of lesson 1, as part of the assignment. However, all documents (scanned copies of identity proof, 10th and 12th marksheets, latest education certificate, passport size photograph) will be asked for through email even after completion of the course in order to ensure there’s no error at all.
- Fees once paid is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Completion of a lesson and the accompanying tests/assignments is essential for moving on to the next lesson. Failure to do so will forfeit your right to move to the next lesson.
- Only one attempt is available to undertake and clear the test, quizzes, and essay assignments, unless retaking some quiz is explicitly allowed.
- Course content includes, but is not limited to, the text, videos, images, graphs, diagrams etc. provided as part of the eLearning experience. References to external/third-party sources and/or content, if any, will be provided.
- All intellectual property rights, including the course content, logos of dLife.in, certifying authority, accreditation authority , and underlying software on this website are vested in the owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in India. Unauthorized use of any such intellectual property may amount to infringement and will be governed by the applicable law.
- Registering for any of the above courses does not authorize the user to copy or reuse the course content on any other medium, including print, digital, and electronic. dLife.in will grant no permission for any such reuse/copying.
- Any downloads available as part of the course are only for the use of the registered user. Any redistribution/further transmission is not permissible.
- The communication for all versions of the above courses, including the English version and the translations in Hindi/other languages will solely take place in English. This includes the certificates, which will be in English. However, you will not be assessed for your proficiency in English.
- Use of this eLearning platform does not provide you any right to submit or link to any content that is defamatory, abusive, hateful/hurtful towards an individual, gender, community or religion, threatening, spam/resembling spam, offensive, adult, scandalous, or objectionable in nature. Similarly, you are not allowed to submit or link to any content that contains personal information of other individuals, risks intellectual property infringement, including copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity or violates any laws in force. Dlife.in will not be liable for the content posted by the user, or any harm resulting from such content or the user’s conduct.
- The enrollee acknowledges and agrees that he/she will not defame or criticize the services, business, integrity, veracity, or personal or professional reputation of the Company or any of its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents on any public platform in either a professional or personal manner either during or after completion of the course. Breach of this term will lead to suspension of access to course and forum after the completion of the course. We aim to always resolve the disputes professionally but ranting on public platforms will mean violation.
- Only online payments will be accepted. Payments, once successfully made, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Cancellation: Once payments are done, enrollment cannot be cancelled. You can always complete the course within 1 year of enrollment.
- Refunds: The fees once paid is non refundable and non transferrable to any other student account.
- Shipment: NSDC Partner certificate will be issued online. CPD Certificate will be sent through courier.
- The certificate and the diploma issued are valid within the territory of India, or any other country which considers Indian diploma and certificates as legally tenable.
- All complaints/grievances of the users will be settled through mutual discussion, failing which, parties may take recourse to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- dLife.in will not, in any circumstance, be held legally liable for any consequences arising from use of the course content in any way.
- The terms are subject to change without notice from time to time as we deem fit.
- The jurisdiction for any disputes will be the courts of Indore, India.
