I took the DLife Low Carb Nutrition Course for my self gain and understanding of how a low carb diet could scientifically lower my chances of getting a high BP or diabetes. I deep delved into the course page after page and chapter after chapter to learn the science behind how our bodies turn out to be because of our food intake.
I loved the way the entire syllabus and context is set out and how each chapter leads you into another with a logical methodology.
I would 100% recommend this course to everyone. It is the best course in our country. Kudos to Mr Anup Singh and his team.
