Ratings and Reviews

The course was exceptionally insightful, offering new daily perspectives on human physiology and the pivotal role of nutrition in managing bodily functions. I am grateful to dLife for providing such a comprehensive case study, complemented by multiple expert-led sessions that significantly deepened my understanding of the subject
I strongly believe that health begins in the kitchen and is served on a plate. Dlilfe has deepened my understanding of nutritional science through evidence-based learning and real-world application. Although I first tried keto nearly six years ago out of curiosity, this platform has given me the knowledge to properly understand and apply keto and LCHF to improve my health. Mr. Anup Singh, my heartfelt thanks for setting up this platform and creating this community of Dlifers, it gives me a sense of belonging.
i am glad to have been introduced to dlife. i was always so confused about my health and body . continuously joining some fad diets which were expensive and not practically possible and they felt forced and unsatisfied. finally i get it logically . the course is too good and i , looking forward to help myself and my family to meet optimum health . thanks to the whole team and the mentors for years of hardwork to make it so easy for us
For years I followed health advice blindly without really understanding why. This course changed that. From understanding insulin resistance to interpreting lipid profiles, everything is explained clearly. The sections on PCOS, thyroid, and metabolic disorders opened my eyes to things my own doctors never explained. And unlike Western courses, this one actually works for Indian diets and lifestyles. The vegetarian options, local food recommendations, even tips for eating out—it's all practical. If you want to take control of your health, start here.
Its an eye opener course. Covers all aspects of human biology based metabolism and also disses a few core concepts like CICO and why they are wrong. It also covers the bio-chemistry of how the body reacts and interacts with food via hormonal pathways and cell level signaling. This is something that I did not know and could not fathom when people talked about leucine and testosterone and other hormones like leptin. Theres a load of stuff and a lot of trainers from the west talk about it but no one esplains the bio-chemistry of how it is all put together. The course is brilliant and enabling.
The DLife Metabolic Health Course is extremely informative and clinically practical. The curriculum is well-structured, evidence-based, and focused on real-world management of obesity, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, and other metabolic disorders. The faculty simplify complex metabolic concepts with clarity and scientific depth. The case-based discussions and lifestyle-oriented approach have significantly strengthened my clinical confidence and patient counseling skills. I highly recommend this course to healthcare professionals seeking advanced training in metabolic health care.
The dLife Nutrition Diploma stands out for its science‑based, low‑carb approach that focuses on real metabolic healing rather than generic diet advice. The curriculum is structured in a way that makes complex concepts easy to understand, even for someone without a formal nutrition background. I especially liked the clarity of explanations, the practical frameworks for food choices, and the strong emphasis on insulin, metabolism, and long‑term health. The mentorship and community support were exceptional—every question was answered with depth, patience, and evidence.
This metabolic health course was truly eye-opening and practical. It clearly explained how human nutrition has evolved and why we are facing a growing crisis of chronic diseases today. The concept of species-specific eating and the detailed understanding of insulin resistance helped connect many dots that conventional advice often misses. Overall, the course provides not just information but clarity and confidence. It has changed the way I look at food, and its long-term health effects, and I believe the knowledge gained can positively impact many lives.
The greatest pull of this curriculum is its practicality. Get blood work and other tests done, get a handle on your own condition and progress to fix ones own life first. The diploma does not asks for any endorsement, the massive results achieved ex ante and ex post are the true endorsement itself. It motivates to lead a better life , connect with like minded metabolic aware individuals and build upon collective knowledge base. I thoroughly enjoyed the coursework.
